Qualifications: i). Recognised Postgraduate Medical degree in the respective Specialty with a minimum 3 (three) years post PG experience in some hospital. Or A recognised postgraduate Medical diploma with a minimum of five years post PG experience in some hospital. ii). MCI/ State MC Registration.

Along with original plus attested copies of MCI/ State MC Registration, Educational qualifications from Matriculation or equivalent onwards, Experience certificate, Proof of Age, (Matriculation certificate), Caste certificate and two recent passport size photographs.
