To lead a team of Sales & Service.
Making of Sales report monthly/quarterly/annually of the State Dealer Network handling in terms of Sales, Service and Spares parts. (Monitoring and controlling dealers activities) to expand dealer network within state/states
Direct and coordinate the State business in terms of Vehicles and Spare parts.
Develop and coordinate sales selling cycle and methodology.
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results
Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets, and oversee the development of the dealers.
Monitoring the dealers day to day activities in terms of Sales Service and Spares
Making MIS monthly and should present to the seniors in the monthly meetings
Work with department managers and corporate staff to develop 3years business plans for the state.
Review dealers performance in terms of promotion of Service and Spares
Also, should have knowledge about Service and Warranty of the vehicles
