Job Description
The person would be taking care of all Admin related Work including all Printing Stationary like Visiting Cards, I cards Etc.Taking care Different Insurances for Employee Benefits like Mediclaim, Accidental Claim etc.
Maintaning daily Attendance/Leave records for Corporate Office & other branches as well.Handling Guest, Visitors as per the requirement & Arrangement of Cabs whenever required.Co-ordination with different vendors for dispatch of items on timely basis, follow ups, Payment checks etc.Knowledge of recruitment's would be a added advantage.
Person should be well versed with Microsoft Excel, Word & with Basic Computer Skills.Must have excellent communication.Confident & aggressive attitude would be preferred.Diploma/Vocational course in HR/Admin/IR can add a advantage.
