Job Description
Financial services solutions provider requires an India based Senior Business Consultant with experience in UK Retail Financial Services products.

Permanent. Senior analyst role in a leading financial services organisation

UK Wrap, Funds Supermarkets, SIPPs or other tax wrappers

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Experience:

1. 10-12 years of IT Industry experience
2. Demonstrated business and SME experience in UK "Platforms" , Wrap or retail financial services
3. Have worked in, or close to the business back office administration function
4. Experienced in systems design and/or integration.
5. Experience in Adviser or Direct to Client Websites or Servicing: an advantage
6. Experience in workflow in the financial services area an advantage
7. Experience in other geographic regions an advantage, for example Australia or Asia

Business skills:

The ability to author business requirements in the SME area independent of detailed client guidance
Ability to review designs from the development shop and assess their fit to the business requirement.
Ability to support technical staff and steer the business direction. Explain business concepts and terminology to a technical audience without business knowledge
Energetic, motivated, well organised and able to demonstrate leadership qualities
Able to prioritise, stay calm under pressure and balance appropriate level of planning with current workload
Maturity, patience and experience with dealing with a variety of stakeholders at different levels
A strategic thinker who can demonstrate understanding of wider financial services industry issues

Note : Experience in UK funds required. If not this then funds experience is mandate. We will prefer a candidate who is based out of UK and wants to relocate back to India. His/her initial 3 months will be in UK office.
