Monthly salary processing with strict timeline & ZERO error
Co-ordinate with payroll vendor
Employee query management
Monthly post payroll reconciliations.
Payroll Data management + analysis and management reporting
Preparing various MIS for Management
Job skills required
Minimum 1 year of experience in Payroll processing & MIS
Good knowledge of MS office tools especially MS word & MS excel
Good communication skill both verbal & written
Capable to resolve employee grievance with better communication
Good knowledge of statutory deductions & taxation
Ability to interact with cross functional teams
Willingess to work in stretched hours
Quick learner
