Job Description

1. Preparation of long term and short term Business Plan, Budgeting and forecasting
2. Contract management, monitoring of project execution and cost variance analysis
3. Responsible for Accounts, Finance and performance of Business Unit viz order income, Revenue, profitability and Capital Employed
4. Maintaining and Finalization of Divisional accounts
5. Cash flow management Viz Inventory, Receivable and vendor management
6. Risk Assessment and compliance of statutory laws and ensuring implementation of effective Internal Control System
7. Identifying future enterprise risk in business model , analyzing the cause & effects of the same and ensuring preventive measures to mitigate the risk
8. Credit Risk assessment and ensuring limits of receivables exposure are controlled.
9. Setting up cost & budget systems & generating incisive management information reports useful for taking business decisions
10. Find avenues of controlling cost and improving performance by analyzing cost drivers and critical success factors
11. Responsible to ensure that reporting system is in place (ERP) across all departments.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education:

UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG - CA

• C.A. or CPA or equivalent with more than 8-12 years of experience
• Preferably with Contracting/Fit-out industry
• Knowledge of IFRS
• Man management skills
• Excellent computer skills in particularly in advanced Excel with knowledge of Power point presentation.
