Finance & Accounts

Job Responsibilities
·
Recording financial transactions as per accounting standard and
accepted principles.
· Co-ordinate with store and HM HO team to ensure proper and
timely accounting of financial transactions with proper provisions..
·
Periodic review of transaction reconciliations and suggest
measures for corrections/improvements.
·
Ensure complete closure of TB for publishing accurate MIS
of all functions.
·
Educate and support implementation of Oracle Financials in all
Hypermarket stores.
· Co-ordinate with store and Corp Finance to ensure accounting
of Assets and tracking of inter location movement.
·
Consolidation of monthly financial statement.
· Co-ordinate with Corp finance for closure of inter unit and
statutory liability reco"s for smooth closure of quarterly /half
yearly /Annual closure of accounts .
·
Co-ordinate with Corp finance for Finalisation of Accounts
& Audit of Financial Statements, liaison with statutory auditors.
·
Provide necessary inputs for Tax Audit .
·
Interaction with IT team for Navision/Ofin issue resolutions.
·
Set and evaluate KRAs / KPIs for subordinate positions.
·
Identify developmental needs for team members and provide
training.
·
Ensure implementation of SOP"s in line with
Accounting policies and statutory guidelines
